Presented on this page is a step by step wing building series using the Aeroalignment Wing and Fuselage Fixture. Viewers can follow along to understand the intricate details of the construction process. The image at the top of this page is the goal. Now we will break it down into all the steps.
The Fixtures are really Jigs, or we can call them standups. They are fully adjustable and are meant to raise the whole wing building process up above the building surface. Some wings we like to use for performance model airplanes have symetrical airfoils and are harder to build on a level flat surface. Some building surfaces are not level and not flat, these standups sort that all out and no matter how wubly the work table, the fixtures will level it all out. In the image on the right, what we see is one of as many uprights as one thinks they need to support a wing, building process.
